Habanero is thrilled to be named a finalist for two awards at the upcoming SharePoint Summit 2013 in Toronto. Habanero will also be presenting at the conference for the first time.
The SharePoint Summit runs in Toronto from May 13-15 and features more than 70 sessions, as well as the SharePoint Excellence Gala on May 14.
The Village, the employee portal Habanero designed and implemented for Servus Credit Union is a finalist in the category of Intranet Solutions. While a student learning portal that Habanero worked with the Calgary Board of Education to develop is being recognized in the category of Innovation.
Not to be missed is a presentation by Habanero Employee and Customer Portals Consultant Ellisa Calder, “Striking gold with user adoption—Goldcorp's employee portal journey”. Ellisa will discuss how Habanero worked with Goldcorp to increase user adoption of their employee portal by over 800% from 2010 to today. This adoption increase was dramatic, not only in terms of the number of employees actively using the portal, but also in the breadth of scenarios it’s being used for — from communications, to collaboration, to business process automation.
