Kineticsware, a global software company and Microsoft industry partner focused on customers in supply chain intensive industries, today announced the company's formal launch of its global partner program.
Partners participating in the program will benefit from a two-tiered business model that extends Microsoft business solutions and support with customized offerings from Kineticsware. Highlights of the program include: demand generation, industry-specific solution training, sales and solutions consulting assistance, and delivery and implementation assistance from skilled managers and architects.
"Collaborating with Kineticsware will enable our partners to grow and reach their full revenue potential by obtaining the maximum value from both our company's and Microsoft's business solutions," said Chris Zimmerman, vice president, Kineticsware Partner Program. "And since we deliver services only through our partners, we don't compete with our channel."
Kineticsware offers three benefit and investment levels to selected companies in the following growth model:
- Solution Partner: The base level is open to any Microsoft partner who wishes to engage with Kineticsware in lead generation, the joint offering of specialty services and complementary solutions, and general market awareness through Microsoft ecosystem knowledge.
- Service Partner: The service partner level is an option for a partner who wants to invest in Kineticsware and Microsoft solution delivery education. The partner will deliver solutions sold by the Kineticsware direct sales team or another Kineticsware partner.
- Channel Partner: The Channel partner level is the deepest level of joint commitment. The partner will typically extend their role as a Service Partner by adding additional investment in dedicated sales and solutions consultanting capacity on their team. The Channel Partner will take full advantage of Kineticsware's enablement model through collaborative demand generation, sales execution, and customer support.
The company has already started to collaborate among its current partners, including Habanero, a leading application development, IT services and Microsoft partner, in joint demand generation campaigns in the Western Canadian market. "Since teaming with Kineticsware, we've enjoyed a great deal of success via joint marketing ventures and look forward to engaging in additional opportunities over time that will help us grow our Dynamics AX practice; the partnership has been a great extension to our collaboration practice and user experience business," said Elliot Fishman, vice president of Habanero Consulting Group. "We've also benefited greatly from the extensive industry training they've provided us," he added.
Through its partner program, Kineticsware supplies software that has a lower cost of ownership, delivers competitive agility, and empowers employees. By teaming with Microsoft, Kineticsware delivers comprehensive industry solutions that allow Microsoft business solutions to be relevant and accessible to medium-sized customers in supply chain intensive industries.
