Radcliffe Featured in Momentum

Chris Radcliffe, Director, Client Experience Management at Habanero, was the central contributor to the October 9, 2007 article entitled, "Five ways to harness the power of Customer Service 2.0" that appeared in Momentum, Microsoft's midsize business centre newsletter.

In the article Radcliffe discusses how advances in communications and collaboration technology have changed the way companies and customers interact with one another. Instead of simply providing good sales and service experiences, the new trend is to be obsessed with knowing your cusomters.
