BC Business Magazine named Habanero Consulting Group one of the "Best Companies to Work for in BC" in its December 2008 issue. Out of over 100 companies representing different industries, 20 companies were chosen. Habanero ranked number six in the Top Companies With Fewer Than 100 Employees category. Habanero was also a runner up for the Worklife BC Award.
Habanero was selected based on anonymous employee responses to a survey measuring talent systems, employee engagement, leadership dynamics, and organization culture.
