We are proud to be included on the Great Place to Work (GPTW) 2018 list of Best Workplaces in British Columbia.
Making the British Columbia list has special meaning for us because, even though we’re located in Alberta, Ontario and Manitoba, our Vancouver office is our oldest – opening in 1996.
“Our purpose is to help people and organizations thrive. And building an amazing career experience is part of that. We want the people we touch to build the sorts of amazing careers that inspire others to do the same.” Habanero President Steven Fitzgerald
Over the years, a lot of incredible people have worked at Habanero. Many are still with us and some have moved on.
Reflecting on all the people that worked at Habanero over the years and all the exciting things they’ve accomplished fills us with pride. We’ve seen Habanero alumni go on to build very successful technology companies, craft breweries (two, so far), medical practices, dental practices, and the list goes on.
These careers bring an element of the Habanero purpose into new workplaces for an ever-extending group of people. We feel this is our most meaningful contribution to the communities to which we belong.
To be on this list organizations must:
- Be GPTW Certified in the past year
- Be headquartered in British Columbia
- Have at least 15 employees working in the province that participated in the GPTW Trust index employee survey
