Habanero is on the 2019 list of Best Workplaces for Inclusion

We are proud to be included on the Great Place to Work (GPTW) 2019 list of Best Workplaces for Inclusion.

We know diversity of opinions and inclusiveness of ideas produce better results. We care about each other’s well-being and support each other’s pursuit of leading a better life.

“There’s so much evidence that organizations will survive and thrive by remembering how capable people are, by becoming more humanistic, and by creating environments where individuals can be deeply successful. And I mean ‘successful’ in every way: great human beings living great lives.” Habanero President Steven Fitzgerald

The list of Best Workplaces for Inclusion is based on direct feedback from employees of the hundreds of organizations that were surveyed by Great Place to Work. The data has a 90% confidence and a plus or minus 5% margin of error.

To be on this list organizations must:

  • Be GPTW Certified in the past year
  • Have at least 90% of their employees agree they are treated fairly, regardless of personal characteristics (such as gender, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation)

GPTW determines the best based on employee responses to inclusion-related Trust Index statements.
