Habanero is recognized on the 2025 list of Best Workplaces in British Columbia

We’re proud to have made the Great Place to Work (GPTW) 2025 list of Best Workplaces in British Columbia again.

Being on the British Columbia list is especially meaningful to us as our journey began when we opened our first office in Vancouver in 1996. Here we are nearly three decades later with offices in Calgary, Toronto and Winnipeg, yet British Columbia remains a foundational part of our story and identity.

As an organization on a mission to humanize the world of work, we’re committed to creating a culture where people feel energized by what they do and supported in living fulfilling lives. We believe that great work experiences contribute to great lives, and we strive to make that a reality for our team every day. We’re honoured that our dedication to employee well-being and engagement has been recognized by GPTW’s thorough and independent analysis.
