Habanero is listed as one of the 2026 Best Workplaces in British Columbia

We’re proud to be included on the Great Place to Work (GPTW) list of Best Workplaces in British Columbia again.

Habanero’s story began 30 years ago in Vancouver, so the recognition of being a Best Workplace in British Columbia is a special honour for us. We’ve grown a lot since then; we now have Habs all over Canada and clients across the globe, yet British Columbia remains at the heart of where we came from.

We’re proud of the work we’ve done work with purpose-driven organizations across British Columbia, from community-focused credit unions like Coast Capital, Tru Cooperative Bank and Vancity; government and non-profit organizations, including the BC Automobile Association, BC Hydro, Community Living BC, Dr. Peter Centre, First Nations Health Authority, Provincial Health Services Authority, Vancouver Island Health, and Vancouver Police Department; transportation organizations like Seaspan, Translink and Vancouver Fraser Port Authority as well as brands with a global reach, like Arc’teryx, Herschel Supply Co. and Lululemon.

We work hard to create exceptional experiences for our clients and employees, which makes this recognition as one of the Best Workplaces in British Columbia extra rewarding for us.

About Great Place to Work:

GPTW is the global authority on high-trust, high-performance workplace cultures. It provides the benchmarks and expertise needed to create, sustain and recognize outstanding workplace cultures in a series of national lists including those published by The Globe and Mail (Canada) and Fortune magazine (US).

The list is based on direct feedback from employees of the hundreds of organizations that were surveyed by GPTW. To be recognized as a Best Workplace in British Columbia, organizations must:

  • Be GPTW Certified in the past year
  • Have a minimum number of employees based in British Columbia
