Habanero moved up to #3 in the Best Small and Medium Employers in Canada study for 2012, moving up from fourth place last year. This news followed our #3 ranking at the BC Business Best Companies to Work for in BC Awards, and earlier in the year our #3 spot in the national Globe and Mail Best Workplace Awards.
Produced by Aon Hewitt and the Queen's School of Business Centre for Business Venturing in partnership with PROFIT Magazine and PROFITguide.com, the Best Small and Medium Employers in Canada program ranks participating companies by their employee-engagement scores and other factors, as measured by surveys of each firm's employees, HR team and executives. The program is open to companies with 50 to 399 Canadian employees.
