Digital Workplace Consultant Madelin Entz is passionate about helping organizations unlock the value of well-designed digital workplace solutions by guiding design requirements and ensuring these tools drive process improvement and user adoption. With a foundation in ethnographic research and human-centered design, she specializes in making sense of complex challenges and aligning technology with the human experience. Her approach is rooted in curiosity, care, and a commitment to fostering trust among clients and teams.
Prior to joining Habanero, Madelin worked with Borden Ladner Gervais to transform their enterprise resource planning (ERP) strategy and align system processes with business requirements. She also worked as lead data conversion analyst on an ERP implementation project for an aerospace, aviation and defense contractor. Madelin holds a first class honours bachelor of science in mathematics from the University of Calgary with a minor in philosophy. In her spare time, you can find Madelin wandering around in the wilderness trying not to get lost.
