Habanero at Future of Work USA

We’re looking forward to another insightful Future of Work conference, this time in Dallas, Texas!

About the conference

Future of Work USA is a two-day event for HR, employee experience, talent and people leaders. Speakers include executives and experts from organizations such as The Coca-Cola Company, Denny’s, McKesson, Momentum Worldwide, New Balance, Parkland Health, SharkNinja, Suntory Global Spirits, and VaynerMedia.

Conference tracks

This year, the conference is grouped into three dedicated tracks:

  • Change and transformation – Build a resilient organization by aligning people, technology and culture to thrive in times of disruption. Habanero President Steven Fitzgerald will present a fireside chat and moderate a panel.
  • People and experience – Create a workplace where belonging, purpose and wellbeing drive performance by designing cultures and experiences that put people at the centre.
  • Learning and leadership – Build future-ready skills and leaders in the age of AI, where people and smart technology work together to unlock potential and performance.

With access to every track, all attendees can design their own agenda and explore the sessions most relevant to their goals.

Habanero President Steven Fitzgerald will be joined by Wilson Sporting Goods Chief People & Culture Officer Geoff Watts in the change and transformation track for the following fireside chat:

  • Using skills intelligence to spot gaps and drive reskilling at scale

  • Moving from theory to practice: redesigning roles, managing oversight and tackling skills mismatches

Steven will also moderate the following panel discussion:

  • Can culture really be transformed or only evolved over time?
