Steven Fitzgerald, president of Habanero Consulting Group, will present at the 2016 Human Resources Professionals Association annual conference in Toronto on January 22.
The talk focuses on how Habanero creates an environment where employees can be themselves, feel welcomed and appreciated, have fun and feel at home among a work family that is supportive and caring. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn how to encourage employees to support each other as well as how to cultivate a sense of belonging in their organizations.
Steven will co-present with Jen Wetherow, director of the Great Place to Work Institute Canada.
